In partnership with the Wilmington Angels for Local Entrepreneurs (WALE)
Raising the Dough is a seminar designed to equip early-stage entrepreneurs with practial advice on how to seek and secure funding for their company. The program will cover topics such as knowing when and how to make the right connections, tips for writing grants and developing a grant portfolio, raising outside capital, as well as how and when to approach potential strategic partners. Entrepreneurs will also receive individual coaching and feedback on becoming more investor-ready during roundtable discussions. Raising the Dough will provide 33 takeaway tips to find investors, pitch tips, and follow-up techniques to land capital for startups.
