ConnectWise Acquires Ray Allen’s ScreenConnect Software

Elsinore Technologies, a local software company founded by Cii Technology Solutions’ CEO Ray Allen announced the acquisition of the ScreenConnect product by ConnectWise, a company based in Tampa, Florida. ScreenConnect is a remote support, remote access, and meeting solution typically used by businesses for remote control of computers, servers, and mobile devices. ScreenConnect has over 6000 customers spanning the globe.
