Todd Olson is co-founder and CEO of Pendo, a platform that accelerates and deepens software product adoption. A three-time entrepreneur, Olson teamed up with fellow product leaders and technologists from Red Hat, Cisco and Google to launch Pendo in October 2013. The company has since raised $206 million in venture capital, landed more than 1500 customers and now employs 430 people across six offices around the globe. In 2020, Pendo ranked #26 on the Inc. 5000.  

Todd’s passion for helping digital teams build great products led him to write his first book in 2020. “The Product-Led Organization: Drive Growth By Putting Product at the Center of Your Customer Experience” was published by Wiley in September 2020.

Polina Marinova Pompliano is the founder of The Profile, a new media company that features long-form profiles of successful people and companies each week. Previously, she spent five years at FORTUNE where she was the author and editor of Term Sheet, FORTUNE’s industry-leading dealmaking newsletter. Polina has interviewed the industry’s most influential dealmakers, including Stephen Schwarzman, Melinda Gates, Steve Case, Chamath Palihapitiya, Alexis Ohanian, and more. She graduated from the University of Georgia and started her career at CNN and USA TODAY.
