Program Generalist Program Generalist POSITION OVERVIEW: As a Program Generalist, you will be an essential pivot in the initiation, development, and successful execution of new programs crafted to propel high-growth startups in North Carolina. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Liaison Mastery: Act as the primary liaison between seasoned founders/operators (program designers) and enthusiastic entrepreneurs (program participants), ensuring clear, persuasive communication and mutual understanding of program goals and milestones. Program Implementation & Support: Coordinate and support the rollout of new, innovative programs, including logistics, scheduling, resource allocation, and participant guidance, while ensuring compliance with defined objectives and timelines. Stakeholder Coordination: Utilize your unique superpower of managing individuals who do not directly report to you, engaging and uniting a diverse range of stakeholders with full-time commitments elsewhere. Progress Tracking & Reporting: Employ meticulous organization skills to monitor, evaluate, and report on program progress and outcomes, ensuring all parties stay informed, focused, and motivated throughout the program lifecycle. Feedback & Iteration: Gather and synthesize feedback from various stakeholders, making informed recommendations for program enhancements and ensuring continuous improvement. Community Engagement & Network Expansion: Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with key players in the startup ecosystem, enhancing collaborative efforts and expanding the network of support for emerging entrepreneurs. PAST ADVENTURES INCLUDE 5-7 years of experience in program management, preferably within startup ecosystems or entrepreneurial support roles. Managing new programs with multiple stakeholders, including indirect management. Demonstrated success in go-to-market planning for new initiatives Worked in a EOS environment and keenly aware of the value the power of Traction™ Comfortable tracking core KPIs to measure progress Experience challenging status quo in pursuit of an extraordinary outcome Successful building of virtual communities with value enhancers for varied customers Proven ability to merge multiple technologies to create efficient processes clearing a path forward for all constituents WHO YOU ARE AS A HUMAN: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on persuasive and motivational dialogue.
