CED welcomes nine companies into its ninth incubator cohort. The cohort features a split between life sciences and technology companies, reflecting the region’s strength in both sectors.
Research Triangle Park, NC, April 2025 – The Center for Entrepreneurial Development (CED) announced the nine new companies that have been accepted into its GRO Incubator. The participating companies represent a diverse array of industries, ranging from therapeutics and diagnostics to artificial intelligence and software. The companies were selected from a large pool of applications through a screening process to ensure company and program fit.
“Our team is thrilled to welcome this next group of entrepreneurs to the program,” said Preet Mankad, Startup Programs Lead. “Over the coming twelve weeks, these companies will sharpen their skills through a focused curriculum, build connections within their cohort, and benefit from personalized coaching. Creating equitable access for all startups
As part of an organization-wide focus on providing equitable access to programming, CED awarded three scholarships to eliminate financial requirements and create access for startups that otherwise would be unable to participate.
