Sanjana Bharadwaj serves as the Business Development Lead at the Council for Entrepreneurial Development (CED), where she plays a critical role in onboarding partners to provide essential resources for startups. With a deep passion for fostering entrepreneurship and innovation, rooted in her experience as part of the early and core team at startups like ClayWorks, Sanjana brings her extensive experience in driving strategic initiatives and business development to the team.

Prior to joining CED, she made significant contributions in roles at organizations like ClayWorks Spaces Technologies, DVRGNT Ventures and others. Sanjana has driven process improvement, fundraising efforts, and the successful launch of products and programs at these organizations. She aims to create value for the CED community through her collaborative approach, backed by her experience in working with start-ups in business strategy, operations, market research, and investor relations.

Sanjana holds a Master of Engineering Management from Duke University and a Bachelor of Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University. She is also deeply committed giving back to the community with a focus on creating equitable opportunities for all, demonstrated by her work with Make a Difference and the Duke Interdisciplinary Social Innovators.
