Strategic Partner Spotlight: Samanage

strategic partner spotlight

Each month CED spotlights strategic partners that help to propel Triangle entrepreneurial companies onto the national stage as successful businesses. One of our August Strategic Partner Spotlights is Samanage.

About Samanage

Samanage, the Service Success Company, is redefining employee service experiences by empowering organizations to maximize the potential from their most important asset — their people. Samanage’s cloud-based employee service management platform is smart, easy to use, and inspires companies of all sizes to simplify complex tasks and automate services across their entire organization. With more than 2,000 customers around the world, our software can be tailored to meet specific service needs.

Why does Samanage support CED as a strategic partner?

We are ardent believers in supporting and understanding our community. Our founder and CEO, Doron Gordon, specifically selected North Carolina as the headquarters for Samanage because he recognized the incredibly rich entrepreneurial environment this area provides for burgeoning startups. CED is an incredible resource for entrepreneurs, and we’re thrilled to be a partner in helping to contribute to the growth and education of other entrepreneurs who may be experiencing a similar journey.

How does Samange help North Carolina entrepreneurs?

Since day one, our driving force has always been that the Customer is King. This means that we are constantly striving to create software that makes our customers lives easier by providing the solutions they need to drive their own business success. We have customers all over the world, but we’re also proud to have the Town of Cary, Accreditation Commission for Healthcare (ACHC), and others as customers right here in our backyard.

By providing these local businesses with a software solution that helps them drive efficiencies, for example by automating tasks that would otherwise require valuable time to do manually, we’re empowering people with the support and resources they need to do their jobs better. When entrepreneurs can automate processes and streamline their business operations, they’re able to focus their time on strategic efforts rather than tactical.

What does Samanage envision for the future of entrepreneurship?

As the proliferation of technology in our daily lives continues to grow, our attention spans as consumers will continue to shrink. It’s relatively easy to capture a consumer’s attention, but maintaining their attention is where the opportunity lies. Entrepreneurial winners in the future will be those who are not only able to identify a market need but can differentiate in truly distinctive ways. It’s more important than ever to establish an emotional connection with your target customer or consumer. There will always be a new competitor eager to pick up after you if you fall short of expectations in any way, so you can never settle.
