Kilpatrick Townsend Adds Lauren Cook Jackson to Winston-Salem Office

Expansion of Investment Management Team, Now the Investment Management and Broker-Dealer Team

July 16, 2018 – WINSTON-SALEM, NC – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition of Lauren Cook Jackson to the firm’s Winston-Salem office. She joins as Counsel on the Investment Management and Broker-Dealer Team in the firm’s Corporate, Finance, and Real Estate Department.  

Ms. Jackson brings significant experience having represented top-tier financial institutions, investment banks, broker-dealers, investment advisors, swap dealers and commodities traders, as well as other registered entities, registered individuals and professionals in response to examinations, investigations and enforcement proceedings brought by federal and state regulators and self-regulatory organizations, including the SEC, FINRA and the CFTC. She also assists clients in conducting complex internal investigations and in identifying steps necessary to fully comply with applicable regulations.

Ms. Jackson is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and earned her law degree at the University of Richmond School of Law.
