Keona Health, Inc. ( has developed Health Desk, the only fully integrated platform technology that brings modern customer service operations to both large health systems and physician practices, dramatically improving their patient experience and operational workflow. The current marketplace faces increasingly sophisticated mobile consumers who shoulder healthcare deductibles. Support requests are growing every year and patients are increasingly choosing their providers based on their experience outside the office. Our customer base faces a complex workflow environment with up to 7 different applications being open at the same that are not integrated causing significant inefficiencies for help desk personnel and extended wait times for patients. By utilizing Health Desk our customers get the benefit of having a complete system that integrates with the hospital EMR system, with their clinical and non-clinical protocols and with full phone system integration.
