• I-40 West to Exit 279B, the Durham Expressway/NC 147.
• Exit on 15-501 South (towards Chapel Hill).
• Take Exit 107 NC 751/ Duke University. This is the exit after Moreene Road.
• Make a left onto 751.
• At the next intersection (Washington Duke Golf Course is to your right) take a left onto Science Drive. The entrance to Lot 751 is the first turn on the left.

FROM ATLANTA & SOUTHERN POINTS (via I-85 North)

• I-85 North to exit 170, Business 70.
• Take Business 70 to the first set of lights and turn right onto NC 751.
• Take NC 751 through the forest and then take a left onto Science Drive (Washington Duke Golf Course is to your right).
• Turn right into the Science Drive Visitor Parking Lot. The entrance to Lot 751 is the first turn on the left.

• I-95 South through Richmond to Petersburg, VA. Exit on I-85 South (Durham).
