Jennifer RossJennifer joined CED on January 1, 2005 and was executive assistant to the president of CED, then the customer service coordinator before taking her present job.

Before joining CED, Jennifer worked as a Customer Service Representative at a multimedia company for three years, working with a wide variety of companies and individuals on their multimedia needs.
