CED Member Update: Cresa Represents RPA Design, PC For Strategic Raleigh Location

Durham, N.C.—March 23, 2016— Edwin Yarbrough and Alex Peebles of Cresa Carolinas recently represented RPA Design, PC in its search for a strategic Triangle location and in its lease negotiations for new space at Concourse Lakeside II, 2803 Slater Road in Morrisville.  Cresa is the nation’slargest corporate real estate advisory firm that exclusively represents tenants.

RPA Design, PC is an architectural and planning firm that concentrates on Healthcare and Senior Living Design.  Headquartered in the SouthPark area of Charlotte, the company was founded in 1997. Currently they are involved in the renovation and expansion of the Cancer Center at Carolina East Medical Center in New Bern, NC.  “We see our new RDU office as a gateway to the eastern region of NC”, reports David Ramseur, Chairman and Founder.
