CED Member Update: Cresa Represents Baebies, Inc., in 23K SF Direct Lease in Keystone Technology Park

Durham, N.C.—February 25, 2016—Marlene Spritzer and Edwin Yarbrough of Cresa Carolinas recently represented Baebies, Inc. in a 22,599 SF lease at 615 Davis Drive in Morrisville, N.C. Cresa is the nation’s largest corporate real estate advisory firm that exclusively represents tenants.

Baebies, a developer of products to improve infant healthcare, is making a new commitment to remain in space it leased as subtenant in 2014 at Keystone Technology Park.  The company is securing the office space at their USA Headquarters to continue its successful development of products for newborn screening.  Richard West, CEO of Baebies, Inc. said “Cresa negotiated favorable terms for Baebies in our transition from a sublease to a direct lease.”
